Why 9Round Works for All Fitness Levels

We get this question all the time, “Is 9Round good for beginners?” The answer is absolutely! Our kickboxing fitness program is designed to work for anyone, and we know it can help you get in the best shape of your life. We love working with people who are just getting started because it’s even more satisfying to see them working towards their goals with 9Round. We Offer a Customizable Full-Body Workout

All of our workouts can be adjusted to suit your current fitness level, whether that means modifying a few of the moves, helping you with your workout pace, or simply lowering the number of rounds you do the first few times. The goal is to make it through all nine rounds, of course, but our workouts are tough. Many of our current members started out with just six or seven rounds, and then worked their way up to an entire 30-minute workout.


It’s all about taking things at your own pace and growing stronger with each new workout. We use our heart rate monitoring technology, PULSE, to help you know how hard you’re working at any given moment. This allows you to slow down when your heart rate is getting too high or to kick things up a notch when it isn’t at the optimal level for maximum results.


A Trainer is Always Included

One thing that makes 9Round a great option for beginners is the amazing trainers who are with you throughout the entire workout. They demonstrate all the moves for each round, and they’ll also share a few tips to help you get the most out of your workout. If you need modifications to help you get through a tougher move, they can step in and help out. Also, as you get more accustomed to our workouts over time, our trainers will make sure you are still being challenged by giving you heavier weights, encouraging you to speed up, or demonstrating progressions that can increase the intensity of your workout.   


We Stick to Simple Kickboxing Moves

You don’t need to be world-class fighter to get through our workouts. Every kickboxing move we use is simple and easy to understand, but they also provide killer results when used throughout the 9Round workout. With a little help from our 9Round Champion Trainers, you’ll learn the proper way to perform every kick and punch we use to help you get in shape. Before you know it, you’ll be hitting the bag like a real pro!
